Product Description

The Human Oncogene circRNA PCR Primer Library is a ready-to-use human circRNA PCR primer library that may be used to set up up to 100 PCR arrays. It contains 88 primer sets directed against human oncogenes and 8 housekeeping gene primer sets.

The primer sets are provided in a 96-well microplate, with 20 µL per well at a concentration of 10 µM. The library supports up to 200 PCR arrays based on a 20 µL assay volume per reaction.

Designed for convenient PCR array setup, the library requires only the addition of cDNA template and SYBR Green master mix.
