PEGylated Liposomal Arginine | PHPC002AR

Liposomal Amino Acids ׀ Liposomal arginine is designed for delivery of arginine across the cell membranes. Arginine hydrochloride at an internal concentration of 150 mM is encapsulated in the liposome. The external arginine concentration is 0.5 mM. To ensure the delivery efficiency, the lipid composition of the liposomal arginine is the same as that for a liposomal drug in clinic which is HSPC: DSPE-PEG2000: cholesterol (3:1:1, mass ratio). The average size of liposomes is about 120 nm. This product includes 2 ml of 150 mM Arginine encapsulated in 6 mg/ml liposomes in 0.1 M NaCl.
