Synonym: GST-Cdc42

Background: Cdc42 is a Rho-like GTP-binding protein involved in signal transduction regulation and cytoskeleton reorganization in response to growth factor stimulation. It is reported to bind and activates members of the PAK protein kinase fam ily (e.g., GLO110-001, GLO110-005). GloboZymes GST-tagged Cdc42 preparations are highly effective for binding and pull-down affinity studies.
